Repair Steps
Remove any case or screen protector that may interfere with the TrueDepth camera system. Clean the top portion of the display with a soft, lint-free cloth and test Face ID again.

Reset and configure Face ID again
Repair Steps
Open Settings > Face ID & Passcode, select Reset Face ID, and then select Set Up Face ID. Follow the on-screen instructions to register your face again.
